Our wines are born from the intertwining of two passions. That of the Bonotto family for their land and their vineyards, which grow within the magical Prosecco Hills that have recently become a UNESCO heritage site for their incredible beauty, and that for the genuineness of a product that knows no equal in the world .

The Cantine Le Contesse collection ranges from sparkling, semi-sparkling, still and organic wines, all naturally fermented. Our wines are born both in the historic vineyards cultivated with the Bellussera system, and among the splendid rows of the UNESCO hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, home of the renowned Prosecco DOCG.

Bellussera, thanks to the geometric layout that guarantees great exposure to the sun, confirms itself as an eco-sustainable cultivation system. Although more complex to work due to the height and structure of the plants, it is a technique that the family continues to cultivate with dedication, for its historical and cultural value, and for the generous production. These vineyards are mainly located in the plains, between San Polo di Piave, Santa Lucia di Piave and Vazzola, where we grow the most typical varieties: Pinot Bianco, Moscato, Manzoni Bianco, Pinot Grigio, in addition to our excellent Cabernet and Merlot.

The hills, on the other hand, are perfect for varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and above all Glera, the undisputed queen of recent years, the basis of our Prosecco DOC and DOCG. Here, unique terroir and microclimates give life to authentic wines, deeply linked to the territory and produced with methods that respect nature.
