wine-based aromatized beverage.
The good quality of our HUGO is given by the perfect blend of selected natural flavors of elderflower, lime and mint with our semi-sparkling wine product with typical white grapes.

Vinification manual harvest;
soft pressing and cleaning of the must by cold static decantation;

secondary fermentation in pressurized vat with selected yeasts;
the wine is bottled and then left to age in a conditioned warehouse for a few weeks.
